Fees and Insurance

Our team at Evidence Based Therapy Partners is committed to providing high-quality services to those seeking help. The cost of individual therapy sessions is determined by the provider’s level of experience. All of our providers are intensively trained in the models we specialize in.

  • Individual therapy rates range from $175 to $325 for each 45-minute session.

For information on rates for DBT skills groups, please contact us or call us at (714)576-6819

  • One of our top values at EBTP is equity. We do not believe that economic status should determine access to quality mental health services.

We know that comprehensive Dialectical Behavior Therapy is especially hard to afford for many people and that this treatment saves lives.  As such, all of our providers hold slots for low-fee DBT. For more information about low fee DBT and to see if you might qualify, please contact us.

  • We are not paneled with any insurance company. This means EBTP providers are out of network for all insurance companies. Depending on your carrier, you may be eligible for partial or full reimbursement for our services.

To find out what your benefit is, you can call customer service on the back of your insurance card and ask what your “out of network mental health benefits” are.

You may be asked to provide a code for the services you are seeking reimbursement for.
